Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Specialty accepted: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Start date or shifts: ASAP to Ongoing Practice setting: Clinic Requirements: Active and unrestricted licensure, CPR BLS, NPI, DEA, National Board Certification, three years primary care experience, EMR experience, ability to work independently Additional information: Focus on prevention, wellness, and maintenance of health in partnership with patients in a clinic setting. Responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and educating patients, ordering and interpreting tests, prescribing within scope, and collaborating with physicians and team members. Participation in quality improvement and continuing education is encouraged. Experience with pediatric patients may be required at some sites. Travel or phlebotomy may be required at some sites.
