Our collaborative team values excellence, professional growth, and a supportive work environment.Position SummaryThe Primary / Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/PNP) provides comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, the nurse practitioner will assess, diagnose, manage, and treat acute and chronic health conditions while promoting disease prevention and health education.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough patient histories and physical examinationsDiagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditionsOrder, interpret, and act upon diagnostic tests (labs, imaging, etc.)Develop individualized treatment plans and follow-up carePrescribe medications and therapies in accordance with California scope of practiceProvide patient and family education on health promotion and disease preventionMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)Collaborate with physicians, specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary providersParticipate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocolsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulationsQualificationsRequired:Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner programCurrent California Nurse Practitioner license and RN licenseNational certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC, AANP, ANCC) or appropriate primary care NP certificationDEA registration (or ability to obtain) for controlled substance prescribingBLS (Basic Life Support) required; ACLS / PALS preferredStrong clinical judgment and excellent communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered carePreferred:Experience in family practice, internal medicine, or outpatient primary careExperience with EHR systemsBilingual skills (e.g., Spanish)What We OfferCompetitive salary: $150,000 $186,000 annually DOEComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)Paid time off (PTO) and holidaysCME allowance and professional development supportMalpractice insurance coverageSupportive team environment
