Pediatrics Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)Location: Canarsie, Brooklyn, NYEmployment Type: Contract-to-HireSchedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (8 10 hr shifts) + occasional rotating weekend shifts (5 6 hrs)Start Date: ASAP Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Pediatric NP or PA to provide primary care services for patients ages 0 21 in an outpatient setting. This role is ideal for a confident pediatric specialist who is comfortable working independently, managing their own patient panel, and contributing to practice growth. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care, including well visits, sick visits, and walk-insSee approximately 2 3 patients per hourManage and build your own patient panel/censusCollaborate with clinical leadership and support staff (MA, front desk, supplemental staff)Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systemsFollow clinical protocols and escalate urgent cases appropriately Requirements Licensed NP or PA in New York StateMinimum 2 years of clinical experience as an advanced practice providerPediatric specialty experience requiredStrong clinical judgment and ability to work independentlyComfortable practicing as the sole provider on site Preferred Qualifications Spanish language skills (not required)Experience in high-volume outpatient pediatricsCompetitive, self-motivated personality with interest in growing patient volume Compensation & Benefits Pay: $75 $80 per hour (based on experience)Benefits available upon permanent hireProfessional dress: scrubs or business casual with lab coat Ideal Candidate:A pediatric-focused provider who is clinically strong, proactive, motivated to grow a patient panel, and passionate about delivering excellent care to children and families.
