Start Date: 11-01-2025End Date: 03-01-2026Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours OnlySchedule: We are looking for a provider who specializes in Neuro Oncology to cover every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday as specified in the schedule attached in the practice description. 8a-4pWe will approve a guarantee below as follows:- Tues: 8-hour guarantee- Wed: 8-hour guarantee- Thurs: 4-hour guaranteeProviders are required to take a one-hour lunch (12-1) except on Thursday's.Work Details: Support staff: Yes Patients per shift: 15 Providers Requested: 1 EMR: Epic Skills required: 2 years neurologic oncology experience required, or equivalent (must be relevant! Within the last couple of years)Practice Setting:• Inpatient/OutpatientRequirements: Board Certification: Yes License required: Active CA License Only DEA: YesCredentialing Timeframe: 60-90 Days - Activity logs within the last 2 years will be needed for privileging.
