A typical day may include:Making outbound sales calls and generating leadsCreating proposals and scheduling customer appointmentsMaintaining multiple sales calendarsProviding world-class customer service on inbound callsBuilding positive rapport with customers and processing paymentsAdministering the customer database and maintaining accurate recordsCompleting paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales ArboristsParticipating in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality supportThis is a fast-paced and highly collaborative role, offering opportunities to build your knowledge, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of the team.About YouYou are eager to learn and grow within the business and the arboricultural industry. You bring:An associate's degree or higher (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone mannerPrevious success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus)Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided)Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systemsA strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellenceAuthorization to lawfully work in the U.S.About SavATreeSavATree was founded 45 years ago with a mission to preserve trees threatened by the gypsy moth epidemic.
