Role OverviewSchedule: 5 days a week within Monday to FridayProvide patient care in a skilled nursing facility by conducting rounds in their short-term unitsConduct documentation at home with provided iPad laptop within 48 hours of seeing patientsKey ResponsibilitiesConduct psychiatric evaluations and assessmentsCollaborate with facility staff to enhance patient careDevelop and implement treatment plans for patients with a mental health diagnosisPrescribe and manage medicationsEnsure timely and accurate documentationRequirementsHold a valid full PMHNP licenseActive TX licenseActive DEA preferred but not requiredExperience in healthcare or long-term care is preferred but not requiredCompensationExpected compensation is estimated range of $153,000 to $181,000 annually with no cap on productivity income potential.
