Specialty accepted: Family Nurse PractitionerStart date or shifts: ASAP - OngoingDaily schedule: Monday to Friday, split between two locations (2 days at Winsted, 3 days at Torrington); 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM; 30-minute unpaid lunchPractice setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic (FQHC)Types of procedures: Family practice including children ages 5 and older through geriatrics; chronic care management; no proceduresNumber of patients: 18 per dayAges: 5-100Additional information: Collaborative environment with a Medical Director, 2 RN charge nurses, and an assigned LPN for each provider. Training provided on E-Clinical Works (ECW). Temp-to-perm opportunity available. Credentialing timeframe is 6-8 weeks. Locations are approximately 10-15 minutes apart.
