If you're looking to maximize your earning potential, start your application today!Compensation:$45,000 - $68,500 yearly Responsibilities:Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaroundProspect potential customers via cold calling, email, or other forms of communication to ensure they are added to the sales pipeline and produce more qualified leadsTrack performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achievedMaintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leadsSeek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clienteleEngage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to introduce our services, build relationships, and close salesCollaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets and expanding our customer baseUtilize our CRM system to track interactions, follow up on leads, and ensure accurate record-keepingParticipate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and celebrate successesStay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the teamAssist in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations that highlight our unique value propositionRespond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and fostering trust and loyalty Qualifications:Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software2+ years of experience in sales or a similar roleCurrent U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by carHigh school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferredStrong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skillsAbility to communicate effectively over the phone and through email, building rapport with potential clientsFamiliarity with CRM systems for tracking interactions and managing leadsStrong collaboration skills to work effectively with the sales team and contribute to strategy developmentAbility to quickly learn and adapt to new industry trends and competitor activitiesExceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively About Company In business for over 30 years, our company has met every challenge and succeeded.Connecting businesses nationwide with local advertising opportunities makes us an integral part of business activities and more.
