Currently looking for Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to fill an opening within a SNF setting located around the Springfield, Missouri area. Interested candidates should be have at least an Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant with a passion to work within an SNF setting. Interested candidate should also have a valid PTA license and willing, or eligible, to obtain a MO license. Very competitive compensation package and new grads are welcomed to applied. Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist Assistant Examining new clients and, with the supervision of a physical therapist, develop a plan of care. The role of the Physical Therapist Assistant extends beyond helping patients to move their bodies, it also involves encouraging and motivating them to live fit and healthy even after treatment. Mobility to work in a typical clinical environment, stamina to remain standing or sitting for extended periods of time.
