Director of Clinical Operations (Nurse Practitioner) - Kearny, NJAbout the RoleThis role is responsible for translating clinical strategy into scalable, repeatable, and enforceable operating systems that drive provider productivity, optimize patient retention within preferred partner networks, and ensure consistent care delivery across inpatient, outpatient, home-based, and post-acute settings.The Director of Clinical Operations owns day-to-day operational performance, including workflow design, provider utilization, retention tracking, and cross-setting care coordination.
