Position DetailsPer Diem Nurse Practitioner role within the Sleep Medicine program.Provide primary and specialty-focused care including health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling.Perform comprehensive physical exams and obtain/document medical histories.Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions.Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs, imaging, and EKGs.Prescribe medications and non-pharmacologic therapies within scope of practice.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system.Current Maine RN and Advanced Practice Nurse License required; DEA required.
