You are essential to ensure customers get the goods they are eagerly waiting for.Awesome Work Culture: Positive culture and team environment!Be Home Daily: Enjoy the benefits of being a professional driver while coming home to your family every evening.Responsibilities:Arrive at FedEx terminal on time to pick up vehicle and packagesConduct pre/post trip vehicle inspectionsOperate delivery vehicles safely, securely, and competentlyHandle and maneuver packages of varying sizes and weights without damage to the packages, vehicle, or yourselfEffectively use GPS to arrive at your destinations accuratelyScanning and logging packagesRequirements:Drivers must be 21 years of age or olderDrivers must have a valid driver's license and clean Motor Vehicle ReportDrivers must be willing to submit to a background checkDrivers must be able to physically manage packages up to 100 lbsDrivers must be able to work in all weather conditionsDrivers must be able to pass a drug test and DOT physical exam (PAID BY EMPLOYER)Weekend availability is required. Must be able to work at least 1 day out of the weekend (Sat or Sun)Must have an experience driving an 18' box truckNo CDL required! Company vehicle provided!
