Company Description Job Description We're looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Springfield location (544 W Jefferson St). As the face of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction while managing various aspects of our pizza restaurant operations. * Answer incoming phone calls professionally and take customer orders accurately * Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards * Process cash and card transactions efficiently * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations * Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during busy periods * Assist with additional duties as assigned by management Qualifications * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Proficiency in taking phone orders and handling customer inquiries * Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed * Team player with a willingness to assist colleagues and contribute to a positive work atmosphere * Attention to detail in food preparation and order accuracy * Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures * Strong time management and organizational skills * Stress management abilities to maintain composure during busy periods * Food handling experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
