In this role, you'll be the face of our company, handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and friendly manner * Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our computer system * Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer * Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solution-oriented approach * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Assist with additional tasks as needed to support overall business operations * Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times Qualifications * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions * Ability to follow directions and adhere to company protocols * Computer literacy and familiarity with order processing systems * Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment * Stress management skills and ability to remain calm under pressure * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training!
