As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction. * Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders over the phone and in person * Process cash and credit card transactions efficiently * Prepare high-quality pizzas and other menu items according to company standards * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment * Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally * Assist with various cleaning tasks throughout the shift * Support other areas of restaurant operations as needed Qualifications * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor * Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written * Capability to follow directions accurately and efficiently * Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required * Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing * Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods * Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Strong teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate * Food service industry knowledge, particularly in pizza preparation (training provided) * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Must be able to pass a criminal background check Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
