All the benefits and perks you need for you and your family: * Career Development * Whole Person Well-being Resources * Mental Health Resources and Support Job Description: * Promotes a positive patient experience by demonstrating caring behaviors, maintaining clear communication, and collaborating with the care team to provide safe, timely, and effective whole person care. * Follows CDC isolation guidelines, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations. * Ensure the appropriate use and stewardship of medical supplies and equipment to support patient safety and operational efficiency Other duties as assigned. * Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. * Performs related duties such as IV management in the neonate, lab collection, respiratory care and management, preparing delivery room for infant transition and care, and medication administration.
