Job Description Job Description The Commercial Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business for Micro Shield's weekly restroom cleaning and sanitation programs.This is a full cycle outside sales role focused on prospecting, presenting, and closing 1 and 2 year service agreements with commercial businesses.The position begins as an individual contributor role with the opportunity to grow into a Sales Lead position based on performance.ResponsibilitiesNew Business DevelopmentProspect commercial businesses through in person cold visits and scheduled appointmentsIdentify decision makers and present Micro Shield service programsClose new 1 and 2 year service agreementsMeet or exceed monthly sales targets Sales Process ExecutionFollow company pricing guidelines and discount authoritySubmit accurate and complete contractsCoordinate install timelines with operationsEnsure sold accounts are installed within required deadlines Pipeline and Activity ManagementMaintain consistent daily prospecting activityTrack leads, follow ups, and contracts in CRMProvide weekly production and activity reporting Performance StandardsMaintain consistent monthly contract productionMaintain low early cancellation rate on sold accountsDemonstrate professionalism and accountability Advancement OpportunityTop performers may advance into a Sales Lead role responsible for mentoring new representatives and supporting territory growth.
