Inside Sales - Partner Success Associate

Job Description Job Description Position OverviewJoin the Exectras team as a Partner Success Associate, a key member of our inside sales organization. Based at our Sugar Land Town Square headquarters, this role offers a collaborative, high-energy environment focused on driving results and delivering exceptional partner engagement.You will engage and qualify opportunities generated through Exectras' network of strategic partners—including associations, referral partners, and acquired merchant portfolios. Your work directly supports business development initiatives and ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for our sales teams.This is a great opportunity to launch or grow your B2B sales career with a rapidly expanding company.What You'll Do:· Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to inbound and referred leads· Schedule myExectras demo appointments for Corporate Sales Representatives· Request and collect merchant services statements for analysis prior to demos· Accurately document all interactions and updates in the CRM· Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals· Collaborate closely with the Corporate Sales team to ensure seamless hand-offs· Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach performance· Participate in weekly team meetings and ongoing product trainingQualifications:· Prior experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development preferred (training provided)· Familiarity with Zoho CRM or similar systems a plus· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written· Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply· Motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented personalityDaily Activity Expectations:50+ outbound calls per day (250 per week)Schedule 2 new demos or collect 2 merchant statements per day (10 per week) Work Environment:· Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM· Location: In-office (Sugar Land Town Square)· Dress Code: Business casual· Culture: Competitive, collaborative, and performance-drivenCompensation & Benefits:· Competitive base salary plus weekly and monthly bonuses· Company-supported medical coverage (dental and vision available at employee's cost)· Flexible time-off policy with management approval· Vacation time accrued annually based on continuous employmentBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insurance Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person Company DescriptionExectras is redefining how businesses think about payments, employee benefits, and business services.
