Company Description Job Description Domino's Pizza is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our location in Phoenix, United States (4284 W Thomas Rd). As a Customer Service Rep, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a great experience while helping to maintain the efficiency of our store operations. * Greet customers warmly and take accurate food orders both in-person and over the phone * Process payments and handle cash transactions with precision * Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to Domino's standards * Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the dining area and kitchen * Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order preparation and delivery * Address customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and friendly manner * Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed * Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines * Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support coworkers during busy periods Qualifications * Must be at least {16 } years of age * Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders * Willingness to learn and perform various tasks, including food preparation and pizza-making * Team player mentality with a positive and cooperative approach * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends * Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 25 pounds * Basic computer skills for operating ordering systems and cash registers * Food handling experience or certification is a plus, but not required (training will be provided) Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
