The Licensed Optician delivers key performance indicators and ensures flawless execution of the customer experience in addition to and in lieu of the store manager. Duties will include: Conveys a commitment to providing unsurpassed customer service. Provides on-the-job training and guidance to team members making use of company provided programs. Analyzes store financial data and makes recommendations regarding steps which can be implemented on the doctor and retail side of the business to improve profitability. Strives for 5-star Google ratings. Exceed sales budget. Increases patient/customer count. Ensure 100% training saturation. Networks, recruits and hires caliber staff. Performs administrative duties to include payroll, inventory management, technical application, reporting and etc. Delivers the key performance indicators by inspiring associates to provide a customer experience that exceeds their expectations. Adheres to Company policies and procedures. Ensures all Company approved safety programs are implemented and maintained consistently per standards. Creates partnerships in community for sponsorship and event opportunities. Maintains safe and FUN working environment for all associates/customers/patients. Takes pride in the store appearance and execution of visual directive to achieve a consistent company message.
