As the Assistant Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in overseeing and executing Design-Build projects in the Healthcare Construction sector. This is a full-time permanent position with competitive salary and benefits.Responsibilities:Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing project estimates, budgets, and schedulesCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are metParticipate in project meetings and provide progress reports to the Project ManagerAssist in managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIsMonitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, and develop mitigation plansAssist in managing project budgets and ensuring project profitabilityConduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specificationsAssist in managing project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and final paymentsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field1+ years of experience in Estimating, Design-Build, Light Industrial, and Healthcare ConstructionStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionalsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely mannerProficient in Microsoft Office and project management softwareKnowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standardsAbility to travel to project sites as neededIf you are a self-starter with a passion for construction and project management, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
