Easy Apply now by clicking the "Apply" button and sending us your resume.Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 per yearA bit about us:We are a 30yr old US-based manufacturer offering stability, growth, work/life balance, and a great team!Why join us?We offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, and a dynamic work environment where you can grow your skills and career.*** NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE ***Job DetailsIn this role, you will be responsible for preparing CMM Programs per customer specs and evaluating the quality of product throughout the manufacturing process prior to shipping.Daily responsibilities will include:Inspecting and approving pieces in casting and machining (including a complete layout each time a machining center is set up for production)Inspecting and casting defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products prior to shipmentCreating certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHs certificates, and other test reports required to ship with production ordersPerforming internal ISO audits and resolving any problems foundProgramming, running, and maintaining CMMQualified candidates will offer:Bachelor's in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field4yrs+ experience in CMM ProgrammingExperience with Roamer and Zeiss equipmentAbility to operate CMM and read CMM reportsExperience with PC-DMIS softwareOutstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detailFamiliarity with Six SigmaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills - at all levels of the manufacturing environment and with customersGreat energy, reliability, and team work - work ethicInterested in hearing more?
