This role works closely with Project Managers, engineers, field technicians, and customers to keep projects organized, on schedule, and financially aligned.What You'll DoSupport project documentation, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change ordersTrack materials, subcontractors, and project milestonesAssist with technician coordination and field communicationHelp manage billing forecasts, percent-complete tracking, and WIP reportingSupport closeout documentation and warranty lettersBegin learning BAS platforms (WebCTRL, Distech) for basic navigation and reportingWhat We're Looking ForConstruction experience required (BAS/controls preferred)Highly organized with strong communication skillsComfortable reading construction documentsProficient in Microsoft OfficeMotivated to grow into a full Project Manager roleInterested in hearing more?
