This role owns the end-to-end analytics lifecycle in Domo, partnering broadly across the organization to turn data into actionable insights.The position blends hands-on data analysis and dashboard development with lightweight data governance, helping ensure data consistency, reliability, and clarity as analytics adoption scales.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesData Analysis & InsightsAnalyze operational and financial data to identify trends, performance drivers, and improvement opportunitiesTranslate business questions into clear analytical approaches and measurable KPIsProactively surface insights related to productivity, service mix, margins, inventory usage, vendor performance, and customer outcomesReporting & Dashboard Development (Domo)Design, build, and maintain Domo dashboards, cards, and reports for leadership and business teamsEnsure dashboards are intuitive, scalable, and aligned with decision-making needsDevelop standardized reporting views while allowing flexibility for evolving business requirementsSupport ad-hoc analysis and reporting requestsData Governance & Enablement (Lightweight)Define and maintain KPI definitions, metric logic, and data documentation to ensure consistency across reportingEstablish best practices for data modeling, naming conventions, and dashboard design in DomoAct as a steward for data quality, partnering with data source owners to identify and resolve issuesSet guardrails for self-service analytics while enabling confident data usagePerform general administration and monitoring of Domo environment and data sourcesBusiness Partnership & CommunicationGather requirements, prioritize analytics initiatives, and manage stakeholder expectationsCommunicate insights and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesEnable teams to interpret dashboards and incorporate data into daily decision-makingPresent findings in a clear, business-focused manner________________________________________Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting rolesStrong hands-on experience with Domo (Magic ETL, DataFlows, Beast Modes, dashboards, cards)Experience building executive-level and operational dashboardsStrong SQL skills and experience working with multiple data from multiple source systemsProven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into analytical solutionsExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills________________________________________Preferred QualificationsExperience in residential home services, field services, or multi-location service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar)Familiarity with common source systems such as ERP, CRM, field service management (ServiceTitan), or accounting platforms (Quickbook, Intacct)Experience defining KPIs, metrics, or analytics standards in a growing organizationInterested in hearing more?
