This role requires a versatile skill set and the ability to work across multiple departments to support day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that equipment and facility systems remain in optimal working condition.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform equipment repairs, mechanical troubleshooting, and general maintenance across all facility areasAssist in maintaining production machinery and facility systems to minimize downtimeSupport and execute preventive maintenance tasks and reliability initiativesWork alongside Operations, Production, and Laboratory personnel to address maintenance needsConduct light MIG and TIG welding (primarily stainless steel) on an as-needed basisContribute to facility improvements, safety enhancements, and operational efficiency projectsQualificationsBroad mechanical aptitude and the ability to handle diverse maintenance tasksExperience with MIG/TIG welding preferredExposure to manufacturing or industrial environments highly beneficialStrong problem-solving ability and a reliable, self-driven work ethicAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple departmentsInterested in hearing more?
