Our team's commitment to superior construction, contemporary design, and thoughtfully planned amenities ensures every home we build stands the test of time and is further evidenced by recognitions ranging from international advertising awards to multiple Developer/Builder of the Year titles.Why join us?200-250k Base SalaryPerformance-based BonusCar Allowance & Gas Card401k plan3 weeks PTOComplete Healthcare Benefits (Anthem Blue Cross)Job DetailsResponsibilities:Creating and maintaining project budgets and schedulesBidding-out projects and awarding/managing contractsManaging project stakeholder expectations and relationshipsNavigating various authorities having jurisdiction to secure entitlements, permits, certificates of occupancy, etc.Managing consultant teams (architects and engineers) through design development and constructionSupervising development projects through the entire project lifecycle, from acquisition through final close-out of construction and sales of finished product.Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field of study15+ years of commercial construction experience at a General ContractorA minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager supervising project teamsExtensive experience with 100+ unit tract home and multifamily/mixed-use developments (experience with podium, slab-on-grade, and a wider range of single-family home types is strongly preferred)Direct experience working with governmental agencies, permitting, and development approvalsStrong understanding of civil engineering principles and land entitlement processesAble to develop accurate project estimates and pricing reportsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Project Management, Estimating, & Scheduling SoftwareInterested in hearing more?
