The Medical Technologist/MLT is responsible for performing, evaluating, and reporting of technical laboratory procedures on patient specimens for use in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. For consideration, applicants should have either a Bachelor s Degree or Associate Degree in addition to ASCP Certification (or equivalent) as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT).
