Job Description Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and budgetary standards. Assist in preparing project budgets, forecasts, and cost reports. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure alignment with project goals. Identify and address potential project risks and challenges proactively. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Provide regular updates to senior management and project stakeholders.
