Qualifications: Experience in team leadership Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Eagerness to continually learn and adapt to change Humble servant-leader Outstanding interpersonal skills Strong project/time management skills Self-starter with strong follow through Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, restaurant assistant manager is not required but is preferred.
