Role Description This is a contract role for a Travel Physical or Occupational Therapist anywhere in the U.S including OP, IP, SNF, Acute, or HH. The primary responsibilities include providing therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat a range of conditions. Responsibilities also include conducting evaluations, implementing therapy interventions, and educating patients and their families.
