First Learning is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Enrollment Specialist to support our growing enrollment operations. This role works closely with and under the guidance of the Senior Enrollment Specialist, assisting with enrollment execution, outreach activities, and data accuracy across multiple centers. The Enrollment Specialist plays a critical support role in ensuring enrollment priorities are completed efficiently and accurately by following established processes, responding to direction, and adjusting daily work based on guidance from the Senior Enrollment Specialist. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, values structure, and is comfortable shifting priorities based on organizational needs. Essential Responsibilities: Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for families, escalating questions or concerns to the Senior Enrollment Specialist as appropriate. Travel to centers as needed to support enrollment activities, audits, or on-site follow-up efforts. Support enrollment, recruitment, and outreach efforts by executing assigned tasks and priorities as directed by the Senior Enrollment Specialist. Maintain accurate and up-to-date enrollment rosters, waitlists, and documentation across assigned centers. Assist with outreach initiatives, community events, and follow-up activities as identified by the Senior Enrollment Specialist. Collaborate regularly with the Senior Enrollment Specialist to understand enrollment goals, timelines, and immediate priorities. Provide administrative and data-entry support within First Learning's Child Care CRM system, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and completeness of enrollment records. Experience using LineLeader or similar CRM software strongly preferred. Highly motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a role that is fast-paced and constantly communicating (phone, email, text, etc.) Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow direction, manage assigned tasks, and meet deadlines. Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between centers as needed including to Buffalo Schedule & Work Location: Schedule: Full-time position with regular business hours; no nights or weekends. Work Location: Primarily office-based, with regular travel to First Learning centers as required to support enrollment initiatives.
