We are currently seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of children and their families. This position is currently for 26-30 hours of school-based occupational therapy, weekly from March 1-May 31, 2026. This role has flexibility to be 1099 contractor while completing the required assignment, part-time with only school-based hours, or full-time W-2 employment with addition of community based sessions. Job Description: As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Blossom Pediatric Therapy Partners, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with various developmental and sensory challenges. Your mission will be to enhance their quality of life and promote independence through personalized, community-based occupational therapy services. Services typically take place either in-home, in-daycare, or in-school.Responsibilities:Contracting with a local elementary school 25-30 hours a week, with opportunity to increase hours with private patient community-based sessions.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, utilizing evidence-based practices.Provide occupational therapy sessions to children, adapting techniques and activities to meet the child's specific needs and circumstances.Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers and other members of the child's healthcare team to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to therapy.Regularly evaluate and document the child's progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.Offer guidance and education to parents, teachers and caregivers on therapeutic activities and strategies that can be carried out between sessions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including session notes, progress reports, and other documentation as required by regulatory agencies, including ETRs and IEPs.Stay current with advancements in pediatric occupational therapy through continuing education and professional development.Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with clients and their families.Participate in team meetings and maintain effective communication with colleagues and supervisors.Travel between locations as needed to meet family and school's needs.Requirements:Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Ohio.Pediatric occupational therapy experience is preferred, but new graduates with a strong passion for working with children are encouraged to apply.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of children and their families.Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for in-home visits.Willingness to undergo background checks and provide professional references.Blossom Pediatric Therapy Partners, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and encourages candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
