Job Overview: We are looking for a world-class Sales Manager to lead and elevate the commercial teams for our marquee brands: Terpene Belt Farms & Duty Free Terpenes at a pivotal moment of growth. This is not a seat-warming management rolethis is a builders opportunity. You will own the performance of a team of 4 Account Executives and 2 Business Development Representatives; managing them to achieve 8 digit revenue totals while building systems for future aggressive growth. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial, highly attuned problem solver, and a systems builder who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Your mandate: optimize existing sales processes, architect new processes for emerging product applications, and serve as a proactive, insightful coach to every member of the sales organization. You will represent the largest cannabis terpene brands in the industryTerpene Belt Farms and Duty Free Terpenesand help build one of the fastest-growing hemp companies in the world. Responsibilities: Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Account Executives and 2 Business Development Representatives, setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable to aggressive revenue targets Audit, optimize, and systematize existing sales processes to increase conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and improve pipeline predictability Design and implement new go-to-market sales processes for emerging product applications and market verticals beyond cannabis Serve as a proactive, hands-on coach through regular pipeline reviews, call coaching, deal strategy sessions, and skill-building workshops for all AEs and BDRs Own revenue forecasting and pipeline management, delivering accurate weekly and monthly projections to executive leadership Build and refine the sales tech stack, CRM workflows, and reporting infrastructure to give the team and leadership real-time visibility into performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to align go-to-market strategy, messaging, and customer feedback loops Identify and act on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to continuously sharpen the teams competitive edge Recruit, onboard, and ramp new sales talent as the team scales with company growth Step into strategic deals alongside AEs when needed, providing executive presence and helping close high-value opportunities Salary $165000 - $190000 USD per year Required Skills Qualifications 3+ years of cannabis industry experience with a deep understanding of the market landscape, regulatory environment, and key players Proven track record in sales management, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build systems, processes, and playbooks from scratch in a fast-scaling environment Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar revenue targets and delivering consistent quota attainment across a team Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM platforms, pipeline analytics, and sales performance metrics Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire trust and urgency Experience selling B2B ingredients, specialty chemicals, or similar technical products is a strong plus A natural problem solver who sees obstacles as opportunities and approaches challenges with creativity, resilience, and a bias toward action About Nexus Agriscience Nexus Agriscience is redefining what cannabis can mean for the world.
