Managing Director/Research Analyst Job Category: Analysts Requisition Number: MANAG003016 Full-Time On-site Atlanta, GA 30326, USA Job Details Description Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Select and evaluate companies that are candidates for investment recommendations. Prepare reports, financial analyses, and forecasts on potentially promising investment ideas that may be included in various Research Department publications. Travel to visit the senior management members of companies that have been proven to be candidates for Research Department coverage. Communicate investment recommendations and updates on existing recommendations to the sales professionals through oral presentations and assist them in communicating the recommendations to their clients. Conduct financial modeling and analysis. Prepare earnings forecast, evaluate balance sheets and cash flow. Valuation of equity securities. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education And/Or Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years of related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Certifications, Licenses, And Registrations: Series 7 General Securities Representative. Series 63 - State Law Exam or Series 66 Combined State Law. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
