Realty Specialist You will perform realty specialist tasks and transactions such as acquisition by lease including long-term leases, or leases that deviate from standard; acquisition of property interests up to fee simple; independently conduct compliance inspections and inventory activities; dispose and transfer property out of federal or agency ownership; and prepare documents, records research, and data management to support those activities.
