Job Title: Speech Therapist (SLP) Location: Venice, FL Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist (SLP) to join our healthcare team in Venice, FL. The Speech Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders across various age groups. This role involves developing individualized treatment plans, providing therapy sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Assess patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and communication strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapy teams Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility) CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates may be considered) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Prior clinical or rehab experience preferred
