Laborer Position At Southwest Construction Southwest Construction is looking for experienced laborers to join the team! Job duties include loading concrete on the truck for each job, following all safety guidelines at all times, and installing each job using company approved methods. Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency is also part of the role. Requirements include loader operator certification preferred but not required, in-house certification available. A minimum of 1-3 years loader operator experience is preferred. Mechanical aptitude, availability to work varied hours as needed to meet our customers' demands, excellent communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and working under all weather conditions are also required. A valid TX driver license is a plus. Candidates must pass a background check and a drug screen.
