IT Change Manager

IT Change Management Location: Deerfield Beach, FL - Hybrid (3 Days a week onsite) Duration: 6+ Month Contract This position sits within Tech Ops it is an IT Change Management role, not Organizational Change Management or HR. Please make sure candidates align specifically to IT Change Management. Candidates must provide the following: Writing Sample: Ask candidates to draft a business end-user communication announcing the launch of a new technology and the retirement of the legacy system it replaces (real or fictional scenario). Portfolio: Request artifacts demonstrating a range of deliverables, such as: Change strategy Communications plan Stakeholder engagement plan Metrics/dashboard reporting Executive-ready presentations/materials These requirements will help the client evaluate both hands-on execution (writing and communication skills) and overall strategic capability.
