Q3 Contracting, Inc. is currently searching for a Labor Compliance Coordinator in Little Canada, MN. This position will support the Labor Compliance Specialist in delivering project documents related to Union required documents. Primary Responsibilities Include: Monthly and weekly union reporting Weekly payroll review/verification Research and provide support documentation for discrepancy notices Assist with union and labor compliance audits Create and maintain craft class codes Other duties as assigned Position Requirements: 2-5 years previous compliance experience preferred Experience with Vista ViewPoint preferred Project required labor compliance forms, fringe benefit statements, and union status letters. Good understanding of basic Minnesota and federal labor laws Experienced with union fringe benefit reporting preferred Must possess analytical and troubleshooting skills to perform job. Examples include Discrepancy Notices, Daily Timesheet Audits, General Ledger analysis Proficiency with Microsoft Suite Ability to use critical thinking to resolve daily challenges and analyze data Strong customer service skills Must be a team player Other duties as required Q3 Contracting is a drug-free environment, and all candidates are subject to drug testing.
