Job Responsibilities Help consumers find the "right" insurance plan for their needs Provide top-notch, friendly customer service via phone, email, and text Service personal insurance policies Assist clients with policy changes, payments, and general questions Check in with clients at renewal to ensure satisfaction with our agency What Traits Are We Looking For? Great communicator: strong communication skills with a friendly, upbeat phone voice Self-driven: you know how to get the job done and don't need to be micromanaged Work ethic: you either have it or you don't...at Switch you need to have it Tech savvy: above-average computer skills or a quick "digital" learner A pulse: that's just a little test to see if you're still paying attention Requirements Insurance license goals (property & casualty): you must have a goal of obtaining your property & casualty insurance license Experience in sales or insurance is preferred, but not required Location: Shelby Twp, MI
