Responsibilities: Prepare tax and title documents Submit all legal transfer documents to the DMV Receive and process paperwork from the F&I department Refund and calculate state inspection fees accordingly Maintain TT&L schedule Qualifications: Previous experience titling in the car industry-minimum of 3 years' experience Experience in CDK/ADP Experience in Webdealer Experience in data entry Knowledge of standard accounting procedures Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to calculate figures and amounts due for title transactions Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals Knowledge in Texas title rules and regulations
