Position Overview We're currently seeking call center representatives to join our growing team. This is not a sales role, it's about building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping homeowners schedule the services they need. What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and assist potential customers in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and provide information about our services Accurately input data and customer details into our systems Deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences Work collaboratively with teammates to support daily operations What We're Looking For Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent attention to detail Prior experience in a call center or customer service environment preferred A professional, upbeat phone presence High energy, trainable, and positive attitude Dependable, punctual, and strong work ethic Monday-Friday 7:30am -4:30pm Preferred (but not required): Experience with Service Titan Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, Forms) Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off (PTO) Paid holidays Ready to apply?
