???? Role: Sales Estimator ???? Location: Chicago, IL ???? Salary: $100k$150k (DOE) Were hiring for a Sales Estimator to join a well-established design-build commercial and industrial contractor. This role focuses primarily on sales and estimating, with some exposure to project oversight as needed. Projects range from $50k to $7.5M and include commercial, industrial, and office applications. Responsibilities: Lead sales efforts for commercial and industrial construction projects Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates and proposals Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents Coordinate with internal leadership and operations teams Support projects post-award when required Build and maintain strong client relationships Participate in bid reviews and design-build discussions Requirements: Strong background in sales and estimating within construction Experience with commercial and/or industrial projects Design-build experience preferred Ability to manage projects ranging from $10k$5M Strong communication and client-facing skills Project management experience is a plus, not essential ????
