This position will serve food and beverages, buss tables, and have the ability to work within a team. A typical event entails but is not limited equipment load ins, set up, service, break down, and load outs. Event Staff is uniquely representing 4Rivers as a brand and must follow rules and regulations for various venues and event sites at all times. Along with the duties listed above, Event Leads will also be responsible for creating pack-sheets for their event, overseeing event execution and ensuring that the staff is working efficiently as a team. Leads are expected to communicate effectively with clients on site and may need to handle payment collection. Leads are responsible for completing event reports at the end of every shift and must communicate any and all issues with the General Manager Some responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Ensuring product quality Ensuring guest happiness Vehicle responsibility; representing the name of 4Rivers out on the road Set up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up a buffet Firm understanding of Smokehouse and Coop Menu items: ingredients and proper execution Food safety best practices What you will bring to the table: Passion and appreciation for an established culture built on principles of charity, hospitality, goodwill, servant leadership, kindness, humility, and integrity.
