Logistics Administrator Nashville, TN | Exempt | $50,000$58,000 base salary Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid/Office-based with limited work-from-home as approved) Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 a.m.6:00 p.m. (occasional overtime as needed) Department: Logistics / Operations Reports To: Logistics Manager Travel: 05% as needed About the Role We're looking for a detail-driven Logistics Administrator to support our Logistics and Operations teams by maintaining accurate customer site/location records, managing large datasets, and producing reporting that helps routes and service delivery run efficiently. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strong in Excel, and comfortable coordinating across teams to keep operational data clean, consistent, and reliable. What You'll Do Create, update, and maintain customer sites, locations, and service attributes in internal systems in accordance with data standards. Validate and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across connected systems. Manage and maintain large datasets in Microsoft Excel using advanced functions (e.g., XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas, conditional logic, data validation). Identify errors, duplicates, and missing information; drive timely correction and maintain documentation/audit trails for updates. Partner with Logistics, Customer Service, Operations, and IT to resolve discrepancies and support customer/site onboarding changes. Monitor route performance metrics (on-time service, travel time, mileage, cost per route) and summarize trends for Operations and leadership. Prepare routine and ad hoc reports that support decision-making and continuous improvement. Support process improvements that reduce rework and improve service readiness. Perform other duties as assigned in support of efficient logistics operations. What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination, administrative support, data management, or a similar role. Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data validation) and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Experience working with large datasets (tens of thousands of records) with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong organization, time-management, and follow-through in a deadline-driven environment. Clear, professional communication and comfort working cross-functionally. Experience with CRM/ERP or proprietary operational systems is a plus. Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field). Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Limited work-from-home flexibility may be available with approval and based on business needs.
