Payroll Administrator $30.00 to $37.00 per hour Location: Greensburg, Pennsylvania Accounting & Finance Contractor Responsibilities: Support weekly and biweekly payroll processing Review timesheets and timekeeping data for accuracy Assist with transferring and validating data between payroll systems Help resolve payroll discrepancies and employee pay questions Support basic payroll reporting and general ledger-related tasks Maintain spreadsheets used for tracking payroll-related information Requirements: At least 2 years of previous payroll experience required Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems; Workday and/or Kronos preferred but not required Comfortable working with Excel (formulas, pivot tables) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information Pay Details: $30.00 to $37.00 per hour Search managed by: Jessica Robbins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
