Warehouse Associates Join Rheem Northeast Distribution at our new distribution center in Paulsboro, NJ. As a leader in HVAC solutions, we supply contractors, multifamily communities, and commercial properties across the Northeast. We're seeking a dependable Warehouse Associates to support our distribution operations by handling, organizing, and preparing products for shipment. This role is a key part of our service commitment combining accuracy, safety, and teamwork to ensure our customers receive the right products on time. Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria. Responsibilities Safely receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care. Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency. Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures. Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy. Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment. Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution. Forklift certified. Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
