Job Description Compile, prepare, and accurately enter timekeeping and payroll for all departments Compute and disburse salaries, deductions, taxes, and other withholdings Post payroll data and prepare reports Stay updated with the taxation of salaries, benefits, and other factors Process and monitor garnishment orders and other factors that impact payroll specifications Prepare all related payroll reports including tax payments, W-2's, child support and garnishments, and other year-end reports. Update and maintain database regarding salaries Assist in payroll audits Other clerical duties as needed Job Requirements Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred 2+ years payroll experience preferred Strong knowledge of tax and wage laws Strong attention to detail Excellent data entry skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $25.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
