What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay Answer guest inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a prompt and professional manner Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs Handle guest issues with a calm and solutions-oriented approach Support homeowners with questions and service updates Communicate with field teams to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction Follow up on open tickets, ensure all tasks are logged, and maintain accurate records in reservation software Support office tasks and general administrative duties as needed What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail A cheerful, professional demeanor and excellent people skills Flexibility to work weekends and evenings Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Reliable, ethical, and a dependable team player Sales-minded with a natural ability to upsell or recommend services Excellent written and verbal communication Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn new systems quickly Well-groomed, professional appearance Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team Sun Palace Vacations manages short-term vacation properties throughout Fort Meyers Beach, Florida and the surrounding areas.
