Senior Client Solutions Specialist The Senior Client Solutions Specialist serves as a strategic technical advisor and subject matter expert across ExtensisHR's core HR technology platforms, including HRIS, Learning Management Systems, Performance Management, and Applicant Tracking Systems. This advanced role is critical in driving successful implementations, optimizing system utilization, and ensuring high-touch, proactive client engagement and satisfaction. With a hybrid focus on enterprise-level customer service and deep platform knowledge, the Senior Specialist acts as a cross-functional liaison between clients and internal departments including Sales, Implementation, HR, and Technology. This individual is expected to take ownership of complex client scenarios, lead process improvements, and support the evolution of ExtensisHR's tech-enabled service model. Client Engagement & Technical Ownership Serve as the lead implementation and support expert for HRIS ancillary platforms including Learning Management, Performance Management, Applicant Tracking, and E-Verify systems for mid-to-large-scale clients. Deliver consultative guidance on system capabilities, configurations, and best practices tailored to each client's HR strategy and goals. Champion the client experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and issue resolution while exceeding service expectations. Facilitate advanced platform training sessions for clients and internal teams; develop job aids and training content as needed. Lead client discovery and intake processes for complex PTO and policy configurations within the ExtensisHR platform. Proactively identify opportunities for product or service optimization and escalate enhancement needs to internal product teams. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Escalation Management Partner with internal teams (Sales, HR, Implementation, IT) to ensure cohesive rollout and seamless ongoing support of technology solutions. Serve as a technical escalation point for complex Level 1 and Level 2 HRIS product issues. Maintain clear documentation and knowledge sharing using ExtensisHR's CRM and ticketing systems. Mentor and provide informal coaching to Client Solutions Specialists and team peers as needed. Education: Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Experience: 4+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services or SaaS/technology environment. Demonstrated expertise with HR systems including HRIS, ATS, LMS, or performance management tools. Prior experience in a PEO, HRO, or HR tech consulting environment strongly preferred. Strong Excel skills; ability to manipulate data and produce client-facing reports. Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously and independently. Detail-oriented with the ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly language. Demonstrated leadership within project work or mentorship capacity.
